The 2025 DAIWA MORETHAN.J 89M/MH is a balanced 2-piece spinning rod, built for medium to medium-heavy power inshore big sea bass shore fishing. At only 136g, it delivers outstanding bite sensitivity and powerful long-casting performance for wide estuary and rough rocky breakwater environments.
Constructed with premium 99% HVF Nano carbon blank, X45 anti-torsion weave and a fast taper, the blank offers instant lure response and strong hook-setting power. It handles lures from 10g to 55g and PE lines rated 0.8–2.0# with ease. Ideal for large minnows, sinking pencils, metal jigs and soft plastics around heavy reef cover, tidal river channels and open coastal flats.
